HR Advisor- EMEA
Our client is a leading jewellery retailer who prides themselves in their contemporary, hand crafted designs and their unique brand philosophy. They have huge growth plans for the future and are currently looking for an HR Advisor, EMEA, to join their EMEA team reporting directly to the EMEA President.
This is a generalist support role within the EMEA region. Primary objectives include providing generalist HR advice and training to all EMEA departments on matters such as recruitment and selection, training and development, remuneration and benefits, performance management and best HR policies and practices.
Ideally you will have experience in retail, multi-site environment and have solid HR generalist experience plus a demonstrable working knowledge of conflict management and disciplinaries and grievance procedures. You will also have experience in designing and delivering training and development programmes and performance coaching.
Displaying the utmost professionalism and confidentiality at all times, you possess the ability to lead, motivate, coach, train and develop a team through active management. You are enthusiastic, self confident and self motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
