My client is looking for 1st Line IT support Analysts to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. You should have recent 1st Line experience and a confident telephone manner. You should be used to dealing with people at all levels on a support basis via telephone and email. This is working for a large blue chip company in Peterborough.
