We have an exceptional opportunity for an IT Administrator to join our award-wining IT team to provide front office and back office support in a challenging and hands-on environment. In particular, you will provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support for our Head Office in London and also remotely throughout the wide area network. You will also maintain backups and disaster recovery processes, carry out installation of PCs, laptops and other peripherals and provide overall maintenance of the Company s IT systems. You should have knowledge of Microsoft Windows and engineering IT systems with excellent customer facing and communication skills. In addition, you should have an IT degree or equivalent.
